Eric Green, M.D., Ph.D. (co-founder)
Eric is passionate about innovations that improve medical care. Throughout his career he has pursued this goal with successful and diverse innovations in basic science, medical devices and health delivery systems. He received an AB from Harvard College and both an M.D. and Ph.D. from Stanford University.

 

Santiago Ocejo, M.D. (co-founder)
Santiago is a former Stanford University Biodesign Innovation Fellow and is pursuing an MD at the Tecnologico de Monterrey School of Medicine in Mexico. He is currently a social service physician at Instituto Nacional de Nutricion Salvador Zubiran in Mexico City . Santiago believes in the power of combining high-tech and low-cost solutions to provide more affordable and high-quality healthcare.
 

Barry Wohl, M.S.
Barry joined the team as a Mechanical Designer and Manufacturing Engineer. He studied Biomedical Engineering at Columbia University and as well received an MS in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University. Barry brings medical device, manufacturing and mechanical design expertise from Medtronic and Varian Medical Systems.

 

 

Early work at Respira Design was performed at the Hasso Plattner Stanford Institute of Design (Stanford, CA) in collaboration with ITESM (Monterrey, Mexico).
